The client is responsible for getting their media to WEBPRO International Inc., formatted in the way you wish it to be displayed. Please understand HTML, DHTML, SHTML or WEB development is NOT the same as word processing. There can be certain constraints to Left, Right and "center justifications" and sometimes, there is no Microsoft™ Word™ colored formatting or tables. Please do not use Microsoft™ Publisher™ as those files will not be accepted or uploaded. A secured area for members will be provided to upload desired text and graphics. The webpro.com site will have a uniform and predictable format that will be automatically corrected upon submission. This is to ensure a clean delivery that is easily read by everyone. We will get the desired text coded as close as humanly possible. Maintaining the members area of the site is also part of a service level agreement that is performed as needed or if you elect, on an annual or monthly cost.
